If you opt in, Beach Buggy sends operational text messages to its crew (drivers and renters) — event and reservation alerts, the daily ride digest, and scheduling or account notices. You opt in by providing your mobile number and turning on SMS in your Rider Port preferences, or by replying START to a Beach Buggy text. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of use described above specifically exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your mobile number, and we use it only to send the messages you opted in to receive.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You may contact us at any time to see what data we have about you, change or correct any data we have about you, ask us to delete any data we have about you, or express any concern you have about our use of your data.
